You'll know you're taking enough when your bowels are well formed and require very little toilet paper. DRINK IMMEDIATELY AFTER MIXING: Stir briskly into at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of liquid such as apple juice. For easiest mixing, shake in a closed jar. *** Drink immediately *** If product is too thick when consuming, add more liquid and stir. Follow with a glass of water.
