Our goal is to ensure the highest satisfaction for every purchase made on nutricity.co.it. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we invite you to carefully review our Refund and Return Policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Because we sell nutritional supplements and health, safety, and hygiene products, their safety and security are a top priority for us.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we accept returns only under specific circumstances.

We accept returns if:

You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
The product is sealed, unopened, unused and in the original packaging
The return request is made within 30 days from the order date of receipt

Items not eligible for return:

Open or used supplements
Products returned without the original packaging or proof of purchase
Items marked as “Final Sale” o “Non Restituibili”

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return request:

Send an email to [email protected] indicating:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product photo (if applicable)
Our team will review the request and, if approved, will provide you with instructions for the return.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will proceed with a refund or a replacement.

Important note:

Shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility, subject to our error
Refunds are processed on original payment method within 5–10 business days from the return verification
